Free Trademark Legal Clinic (Client Registration)

At the clinic, you will meet with an experienced pro bono attorney who will answer your questions about trademarking your business/nonprofit name or logo and explain the registration process.

The clinic will be held on December 9 from 10:00 am–12:00 pm at a law firm in Center City. You may be eligible to participate if:

• Small business: The business is located in/based out of Philadelphia; and
• The household income of the business owner(s) is less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
• Nonprofit: The nonprofit serves Philadelphia’s public interest and cannot secure legal counsel on its own.
