In honor of Corporate Pro Bono Day, please join Philadelphia VIP, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and the Association of Corporate Counsel of Greater Philadelphia for a CLE training and legal clinic for Philly small businesses on October 30, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 pm.
Philadelphia small business owners often confront legal problems that impact their ability to start or grow their business. Many business owners lack the resources to hire an attorney to resolve their issue or even get advice. Be a lifeline for a local business and help our neighborhood economies thrive.
Following a CLE training (one substantive credit), volunteers will be matched with a small business based on the volunteer’s skillset and the business’s needs. Volunteers will provide a one-hour consultation to their clients to help identify and strategize around issues like business taxes, choice of entity, trademarks, and much more.
