Philadelphia small business owners often confront legal problems that impact their ability to start or grow their business. Many business owners lack the resources to hire an attorney to resolve their issue or even get advice. Be a lifeline for a local business and help our neighborhood economies thrive.
Volunteers will be matched with a small business based on the volunteer’s skillset and the business’s needs. You will provide a one-hour consultation to your client to help identify and strategize around issues like business taxes, choice of entity, trademarks, and much more.
