Client needs assistance preparing estate planning documents. Client and her husband own their home as joint tenants with right of survivorship. Client would like a will naming her daughter as executor, and as the sole beneficiary of her estate. She would also like medical and financial powers of attorney with her daughter named as agent, as well as a living will. A volunteer is needed to help prepare and execute documents for the pair according to their wishes; client’s husband is also seeking estate planning documents. While it would be ideal to have the same volunteer assist both clients, it is not required.
