Client seeks assistance in drafting a will, financial power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, and living will. Client would like to name her two eldest sons as co-executors in her will. She owns two properties: one she would like to leave to her youngest son, and the other she would like to leave to her two middle sons as tenants in common.
