Client seeks assistance initiating a no-asset divorce. Client and his wife were married in March 2016 in Philadelphia and separated in March of 2023. Both the client and his wife have been Philadelphia residents since that time. No divorce action has been filed to date. While the couple have one minor child together, custody and support are not at issue. Client does not wish to make any economic claims and believes his spouse will not either. The client indicates that his spouse is cooperative and will agree to the divorce. A volunteer is needed to initiate the divorce and represent the client throughout the proceedings.
