Client has been a Philadelphia resident since that time. No divorce action has been filed to date. The couple have no minor children. The client does not wish to make any economic claims and believes her spouse will not either. The client wishes to move on with her life and indicates that her spouse is cooperative and will agree to the divorce. The client would also like to resume use of her previous name.
