Please join Philadelphia VIP for a comprehensive training on how to defend low-income tenants in eviction proceedings in Philadelphia’s Municipal Court. This training will cover everything from applicable law to common defenses in VIP cases to navigating Municipal Court itself.
The training will be led by Mark Fidanza, an experienced VIP volunteer, and Alex Stone-Tharp, an attorney with Community Legal Services.
Attendees will earn two substantive CLE credits for this training and can attend either in-person or virtually.
